Some important information: 

I only have one of each necklace that you see on the webshop, however I update the page regularly with new jewels, so please come back soon!

Payment

All payment goes through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account, you can also pay with Visacard, Mastercard and American Express. 

When you have pushed the 'Check Out' button, you will be directed to the Paypal site where you can pay safe and secure. 

Shipping

The order will be sent when the payment is registered. 

The shipping costs come above the price of the product. Shipments do not come with tracking, but are sent with regular post. 

If you would like your package to be trackable, additional shipping costs will apply. Please contact me for more details. 

I cannot guarantee arrival times on international shipments. It can take up to 5-14 days before your order arrives, depending on where it's sent. (In christmas it can take longer time). 

I do not send to all countries, but feel free to contact me if your country is not on the list, then we can possibly fix it! 


Return/damage

I do not accept returns unless you receive the wrong item or if you receive an item damaged. 

All damaged items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item(s). If your order arrived damaged please return it right away so I can send you a replacement. 

If you give me the wrong address or move to a new apartment without notifying me and your package gets returned, the charges for shipping it to the correct location will be the responsibility of the buyer.
